Account Journeys
1-Quote
the name of the department
2-University billing code for the department, and your purchase order number for the department.
3-Otherwise we expect all customers to pay the driver in cash or with a
personal or University Purchase Card.
All invoice journeys will incur VAT at standard rate or 20%, unless paying cash or by University Purchase Card.
All University Purchase Card payments will incur an additional cost of 5% on all
fares, all non University customers making credit card payments will incur an additional 10% on all fares.
